• The use of mobile phones, audio and video recording is prohibited during the game.

• Each player is responsible for his personal safety and our company and our staff bear no responsibility in case of physical or mental damage.

DELAYS – CANCELLATIONS

• The group must be 10′ earlier than the reservation time.

• In case of delay, the time is deducted from the playing time of the room.

• If the group is more than 15 minutes late from the reservation time, the company has every right to cancel the reservation without warning.

• Our company keeps a record of reservations and is also informed by the booking system about the cancellation percentage of a user. In case there is a high percentage of cancellation, our company reserves every right to request electronic prepayment of the reservation or even to cancel it without warning.

• If the group does not show up, even though the reservation has been confirmed, they are obliged to pay the minimum amount of the reservation to the company’s bank account within 48 hours.
